🏖 A couple months back I mentioned I’d be offering limited private 1:1 coaching once my schedule cleared a bit.

I’m going to send out an email next week with more info but if interested, here’s some things to consider:

  • If you trust the process, make your health/fitness a non-negotiable priority, and simply keep showing up for your custom-tailored plan, you will be fitter, stronger and more svelte than you’ve most likely ever been.

  • If you’re looking for a magic wand without hard work, I’m not your gal.

    We both have to want to work with each other and I just don’t do well with whiners and excuse makers.

    My job is to get you to the top of the mountain and as my partner, your job is to set the pace. I will meet you where you are without judgment.

    • My time and commitment to you is not cheap and you work hard for your money.
      Let’s not waste any of those things by believing hope is a strategy. Science, progressive overloads, and hard work are strategies.

    • People who pay, pay attention.

  • We’ll actually have a lot of fun together because I love helping committed people realize their potential.

  • What you get:

    • Six months of coaching divided into your three-month Shred (to realize your goals) and a three-month Seal & Cement phase (the most important - to lock in your results for the long haul).

      It’s simple to transform your physique.

      It’s waaay harder to make it permanent. This is the crucial step so many skip and then end up back behind the 8 ball.

    • 2x/weekly email check ins with me along with video form critique/assistance.

    • A personalized nutrition plan based on your individual metrics, lifestyle, etc.

    • A personalized weightlifting plan based on your goals and experience.

  • How much does it all cost?

    • $1890 USD for 6 months of private coaching. Comes down to $10.50 a day. Are you worth that to yourself?

  • Can I break up the payments?

  • I honestly don’t have the time or desire to be accounts receivable BUT I am looking at Affirm’s zero interest payment financing as an option. You would handle everything through them.
