There’s nothing like witnessing your body blast through strength goals you never thought possible…

Especially when it comes to weightlifting.

But first...

You can't out-exercise a crap diet.

We’re not twenty-somethings getting shredded off munchies and McDonald’s.

Anyway, getting shredded isn’t my goal anymore (it’s a nice by-product as a result of increasing muscle and fueling wisely).

My goal is to avoid butter bones and sarcopenia (muscle wasting) as I keep on bringing my best Kung Fu to this life.

Here’s how we’re going to do it well… without it feeling like torture.

Muscle-building time is your time. Defend it ruthlessly
