The Easy Glute Growth Exercise You’re Probably Not Doing
In the vid above (with bonus cleavage cameos) I’m demonstrating the Deficit Sumo Dumbbell Deadlift. This is a stellar exercise for your posterior chain and— especially — for glute growth, posture and power.
Hip thrusts get all the sexy spotlight for being bootylicious but this simple movement gets you way more bang for your buck (and butt). Plus, it’s a simple set up at home.
Having an elevated platform from which to pull the dumbbell (deficit) allows you to get a deeper range of motion for muscle stimulus and growth.
If you’re not doing the 12 Week Complete Physique Training template, then try to incorporate these at least 2x week on pulling or lower body days.
