It’s week three of your lower body-focused workout. This is where you’ll see the seeds you planted the first week become ripe for the Fall pickin’!
The name of the game this week is…
Keep moving.
Catch your breath after each set and get back to work.
Let those metabolites build up in your muscles. Enjoy the pump, the growth and the strength gains you’ve earned.
Leave one rep in the tank each set. So, not all the way to failure but on the edge.
⭐️Try to increase weights where you’re getting 6-15 reps.
Remember:
The gym is for breaking muscles down so…
the fuel in your kitchen can fertilize them; and then…
they grow back stronger and bigger from quality time in bed.
That’s the big secret. Voila.
