  • Adjust protein to your overall scale weight. Shoot for roughly 1g protein/lb

  • My plan is based on being 135lbs, 5’5”

  • Goal is to to gain 0.5lbs - 1lb a week based on taking the median of two days’ scale weight. I do this on Mon and Thurs. Gaining more than that is a signal you’re probably putting on more fat than muscle.
