Hey Frens -

You gotta empty your tank to fill it. Make sense?

This last week of the leg training leave nothing in the tank. Go all out for maximum gains. Next week, you rest.

I’m proud of you for choosing to show up for yourself and get after it.

It separates you from the talkers.

The woulda, shoulda, coulda’s of the world.

You understand that instant gratification isn’t worth it when you see the bigger picture.

This way, when you do choose instant gratification, you’ve earned it.

It’s so much sweeter… not just another dopamine hit until you’re depleted.

Discipline = freedom.

You’ve got this! Get after it this week.

Cultivate strength.

It’s your right.
