Week of March 3, 2025 - You’re in the final cycle of strength that we kicked off in the New Year! Way to keep at it while making yourself stronger every day.

Keep cultivating your power, Sisters of Strength. This is 100% within your control. What say you?

My strategic plan for your physique and fitness is these three mesocycles of strength that add up to one huge macrocycle of strength before we go into another round of hypertrophy.

Remember, there’s a nuanced difference between gaining strength and growing muscle.
