We’re going with an RPE of 8/10 this week. That means leave two reps in the tank and go no further!
❗️We ARE NOT increasing sets or reps this final phase.
Instead, we are increasing weight and intensity.
🙏🏽 PLEASE perform at least one light warm up set before each movement.
The more warmed up you are, the more weight you will move in your working sets.
