Programming note: I’ll be sending out your workouts on Thursdays going forward for now!

WELCOME TO PHASE 3, Week 9!

Wow. Wow. Wow! Hope you made the most of deload. I’m so proud of you for laying that foundation and putting in the reps, recovery and smart fueling.

This last phase is different and everything you’ve been training for. This is where you reap the returns on your investment.

For best results, really dial in the nutrition and recovery here. You will not be disappointed after.

Things are different this last phase.

Step prescriptions and active recovery stay the same.

Instead of Heavy and Light Upper/Lower Days, our training days will be as follows:

  • Squat Day (with accessory exercises)

  • Bench Day (with accessory exercises)

  • Deadlift Day (with accessory exercises)

  • Overhead Day (with accessory exercises)
