My rando thought this morning:
Remember back in the near-distant day when it was accepted habit to wake, roll over and reach for cigarettes by the bed?
My thought was that we still do the same thing except — instead of cigarettes — we reach for the phone.
Both are bad ideas and addictions.

Shut down the limiting beliefs and close the exits. You absolutely can hit your goal. I believe in you and this process works. I don’t care where you are today… we’re going somewhere new.
