What's Next After Muscle Over Menopause?
A short cycle of resensitization training locks in future gains
Frens!
For those who celebrate in the U.S., wishing you safe travels and a peaceful Thanksgiving. You’re allowed to feel joy and offer gratitude even in the midst of suffering. Protect that ability fiercely.
👀 Keep an eye out for a short Thanksgiving/Holiday podcast on Monday full of tips and tricks for damage control and leveraging the extra eats to build muscle.

What’s Next For Our Training?
A brief “resensisitzation” training cycle.
A lot less volume
3x week for 3 weeks
Focus on pure strength and excellent movement.
Allows the body to recover from the intense training so future fat loss and/or muscle growth is accelerated along with strength.
Chronically training at max intensity hurts your body’s ability to progress… it becomes desensitized.
The same goes for chronic dieting. Eventually, it all reverses on you after a plateau if you don’t take a physical-and-psychological-step-back now and then.
By training in smart, science-based cycles for female physiology you can keep hitting personal records throughout your lifetime with less injury, less fatigue and an easier path to the physique and fitness level YOU desire.
Give me a heart below if you get that. ♥️

We performed a resensitization cycle earlier this year and it hasn’t changed!
I love pure strength cycles during holidays because we often tend to eat a bit more — and if these consumption choices are smart — the extra fuel can really accelerate strength gains and lean tissue growth.
More on that in Monday’s pod… including my exact macros for eating over maintenance during my pure muscle growth phase this winter.
Grateful for you. And PROUD of you! ‘Atta girl!
Be the hero of your story-

❗️P.S.
Ever heard of The Gambler’s Fallacy aka The Monte Carlo Fallacy?
It goes like this:
We often feel we’re owed luck for being unlucky.
“The coin was heads 10 flips in a row, the next flip’s gonna be tails!”
But probability has no memory; it won’t make amends for its past behavior.
Therefore, treat every probability independent of the past.
