Hey Frens!

Our next training cycle is whole body with a chest and back emphasis.

If you feel like your boobs are racing themselves to your knees as you age, keeping your pectorals (chest muscles) strong and preventing muscle loss there will go a long way in fighting gravity.

Additionally, a strong back is the cornerstone to a killer physique. Beyond aesthetics, though, the more time we spend stooped over our devices, always looking down at them and slouched at a keyboard, the sooner the “dowager’s hump” sets in.

Normally, dowager’s hump sets in due to osteoporosis, constant forward-slouching and then, loss of back muscle.

This is why some seniors appear to lose inches off their height.

Due to menopause, this happens to women earlier — and more dramatically — than men.

Unfortunately, it’s becoming prevalent in younger people because they’re constantly looking down at devices from an early age for hours at a time.

Actions to take:

  1. Hold your phone up to your face if you have to be on it.

  2. Be mindful of walking tall with your shoulders back.

  3. Get off the phone and move your body.

  4. Get after the workout below.

Four Days a Week for Four Weeks

This works the whole bod but has a chest and back emphasis. I’m currently doing this one as I prep to attempt 51 strict pull ups for my upcoming 51st birthday!
