I get a lot of feedback that folks can’t do lunges/squats due to knee pain.
I feel you. I have a torn meniscus in my left knee so protecting my joints is number one in all these programs.
Obviously, check with your ortho/PT before attempting this.
Reverse lunges for angry knees are great when done correctly.
