Happy Friday, Frendos!

Seeing you all show up for the six-week transformation has been so inspiring.

I’m so effing proud of you! I know it’s uncomfortable, foreign and a (good) disruptor to your status quo.

It will all become routine soon enough… just keep focusing on the next best step and say “no!” to the things that pull you off your pillars.

🔥Way to lay that week one foundation in the best way you can as you learn the ropes.

Every rep — and every aspect of the 3 pillars — gets a little easier as long as you simply show up and follow the plan as written.

⭐️ REMEMBER:

Your Week 2 Workout

In the beginning, we acclimate and gradually increase volume and intensity for maximum recovery and growth.

Intensity and workload will increase when the time is right.

Don’t be tempted to turn up the dial on your connective tissue and central nervous system. It will backfire down the road.

Trust the process.

More is not more when it comes to strategic and science-based muscle growth and fat loss in biological women.
